A 100+year old producer of Japanese soy sauce. This store sells various soy sauce products including unique flavored soy sauces (ex. ginger, red pepper, and garlic flavors) as well as homemade soy sauce flavored soft serve ice cream.

Visitors can also take a short tour of the soy sauce making process for free. Ask the shop staff and they will show you the facilities and explain how soy sauce is made (Japanese only).
