Fujinoya Guesthouse is a traditional Japanese “minshuku” or bed & breakfast owned by an idiosyncratic huntsman who enjoys taxidermy and offering his guests freshly caught game meat. The traditional Japanese rooms feature futon bedding and tatami mat flooring, but the highlight of your stay is bound to be the food. Your meals will be traditional kaiseki cuisine with local vegetables and fresh game meat caught by the owner himself.

For more adventurous travelers, there are special tours available during which participants are able to try their hand at hunting!
