Farmhouse Hinata is a traditional Japanese farmhouse built over 100 years ago. Because Hinata still has its original foundations and structure it was named one of Tomioka City’s important traditional buildings in 2018. At Farmhouse Hinata, guests can stay overnight and experience traditional Japanese farming, fishing, and prepare their own meals from locally produced ingredients. Activities and experiences vary depending on the season, but typically range from things such as: planting rice, harvesting vegetables, mushroom hunting, etc.
